Despite what you may think, taking supplements doesn’t always have to involve swallowing a pill. There are lots of tasty supplements out there like Coromega Omega3+D. Delicious by itself, but even better with yogurt or in a smoothie. Here’s one of our favorite nummy recipes:
- 1 peach (pitted)
- 3 strawberries
- 2 t fiber powder
- 6 oz yogurt (any flavor)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein
- 3 ice cubes
- 1 packet Coromega fish oil (lemon-lime or orange flavor)
Combine all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth. Serve chilled. Makes one 8 ounce glass.
